It’s from these baking projects that I learned that baking is truly a rewarding, yet unforgiving endeavor. There are so many points in the project where something can go wrong. One miscalculation or misstep (ie. forget an ingredient, overbake, forgetting to preheat, etc.) and you find yourself praying there is enough ingredients and time to start all over again from the beginning. Here are several of the fun and unique baked goods that I’ve had the joy of baking over the past few years. I’m self-taught so there is much to be desired, but nonetheless I’m pretty happy with the way they all turned out.
