Over the course of staying at home in 2020 and spending a lot of time (and money lol) shopping online, my family found ourselves with an overwhelming collection of cardboard boxes. As such, I only did what any sensible person would do…create a make-believe food truck for my daughter to play in. It features a colorful light up sign, courtesy of left over Christmas lights, and comes with its very own cardboard register.
